PROJECT MANAGER FOR WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

As a Project Manager with Aletheia Digital, you will embody this philosophy by leading website development and partnering with your team members to ensure the work we do meets and exceeds expectations.

As a Project Manager for Website Development, the key responsibilities you’ll engage in daily are:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the website build process effectively and efficiently while focusing on quality, timeliness, and client experience.
• Utilizing our Project Management software to help track the process and progress of each website build and keep websites completed on time.
• Coordinating with our Success Team and clients to obtain assets, information, and creative direction as needed.
• Working with the Creative and Fulfillment Teams to best utilize internal resources to complete website builds.
• Finding methods and means to improve our website development process utilizing new technologies and techniques.
• Setting and maintaining quality and performance metrics for website development.
• Developing reporting metrics and updating the management team on project progress weekly.
• Managing project team members as needed.
• Managing other Creative projects as needed.

As a Project Manager for Website Development, the desired or required experience we are looking for are:

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Project Management, Marketing, Communication, Computer Science or Digital Advertising related field preferred
• 4 years of Project Management experience preferred
• Website development skills or technical coding skills appreciated but not required
• Exceptional people skills with a positive and cheerful disposition
• Must be extremely resourceful and able to make sound recommendations based on research and aggregated data efficiently
• Must be a self-starter who sets priorities, approaches new tasks with positivity and strives to execute with a high level of self-confidence, accountability, poise, maturity and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to manage the demands of completing multiple tasks under deadline
• Must be a team player who is passionate about their contribution towards delivering great work
