MARKETING DIRECTOR

Aletheia Digital is a growing digital marketing agency looking for a Marketing Director. The position will focus on managing our efforts to engage prospects through multiple channels including email, social media, video, data management, blogs, referrals, expos and etc.

The ideal candidate will be currently serving in a similar role.

You will consult with senior management to ensure the success of multiple digital marketing campaigns including the calculations of KPIs with return on investment. We need a team player that wants a continuing career in this industry. We also need someone with problem-solving skills and a desire to continually learn. You will need to possess excellent people skills and the ability to build and lead a team.

We prefer this to be an in-person job based in Columbus, GA, but are open to considering remote work for this position.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

· Must be able to engage prospects through multiple marketing channels.

· Must be driven to succeed.

· Maintain or exceed weekly quotas in a fast-paced environment.

· Must be a good, conversational writer and understand basic grammar.

· Work closely with team members on creating the best creative in the business.

· Must be detailed oriented and coachable.

· Desire to continually learn about the advertising and digital media industry as well as multiple home services verticals.

· PC Skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

· CRM tool experience.

· Other duties as required.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor's degree in a marketing, communications, computer science or digital advertising related field preferred.

· Digital marketing experience required.

· Exceptional communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills is required.

· Must be a self-starter who sets priorities, approaches new task with positivity and strives to execute with a high level of self-confidence, accountability, poise, maturity, and interpersonal skills to deal professionally and influentially.

· Must be able to manage the demands of completing multiple tasks under deadline.

· Must be a team player who is passionate about their contribution towards delivering great work.

COMPENSATION

Compensation is commensurate with experience. However, this is a performance-based job and will be paid accordingly including success bonuses.
