MARKETING ASSISTANT

Aletheia Digital is a digital marketing agency with part-time remote positions available for Digital Marketing Assistants in Columbus, GA. The position will focus on engaging prospects through email marketing and data management. You will consult with corporate managers as well as market managers on the team to ensure the success of multiple digital marketing campaigns. We need a team player that wants a continuing career in this industry. We also need someone with problem-solving skills and a desire to continually learn. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Professionally answer phone & emails.
• Must be able to engage people in a conversation via email.
• Maintain or exceed weekly quotas in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with team members on writing and creating email cadences.
• Must be a good, conversational writer and understand basic grammar.
• Must be detail oriented and coachable.
• Desire to learn about the advertising and digital media industry.
• Basic PC Skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google, etc.
• CRM tool experience helpful but not required.
• Other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or the pursuit of it in a marketing, communications, computer science or digital advertising related field preferred.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills is highly recommended.
• Must be a self-starter who sets priorities, approaches new tasks with positivity and strives to execute with a high level of self-confidence, accountability, poise, maturity and interpersonal skills to deal professionally and influentially.
• Must be able to manage the demands of completing multiple tasks under deadline.
• Must be a team player who is passionate about their contribution towards delivering great work.

COMPENSATION

This position is part time and pays $10 per hour. Performance bonuses will be included upon success.
