ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT


Aletheia Digital is a growing digital marketing agency looking to fill a full-time position for an Administrative Assistant in Columbus, GA. The position will focus on maintaining the accuracy of Aletheia Digital’s financial records, administrative and support duties, and accepting and directing phone calls. 

You will consult with corporate managers on the team to successfully support multiple departments within the company, as necessary. We need a team player that wants a continuing career in this industry. We also need someone with problem-solving skills and a desire to continually learn.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS



  • Record financial transactions and post transactions daily
  • Verify the accuracy of posted transactions
  • Create and send invoices to clients
  • Input Accounts Payable invoices
  • Coordinate bank deposits and perform bank reconciliations
  • Collect and record revenue
  • Responsible for the management and coordination of client contracts
  • Professionally answer and manage inbound phone calls
  • Greet walk-in Clients
  • Perform essential support duties outside of the office
  • Monitor and purchase office supplies as authorized
  • Other administrative duties as required


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Associate’s degree or higher in accounting or other related field preferred.
  • QuickBooks experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google, etc.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are highly recommended.
  • Must be a self-starter who sets priorities, approaches new task with positivity and strives to execute with a high level of self-confidence, accountability, poise, maturity, and interpersonal skills to deal professionally and influentially.
  • Must be able to manage the demands of completing multiple tasks under deadline.
  • Must be a team player who is passionate about their contribution towards delivering great work.
  • Must be detailed oriented and coachable.
  • Willingness to make short travel trips outside of the office during working hours.


COMPENSATION


Compensation for this position starts at $15 per hour, depending on relevant work experience, skills, and education. There is opportunity of increased pay upon proven performance.
